Do you, your family and church employees have health insurance?
The emergency room is for emergencies. Now is the time to enroll in health insurance for all medical, dental, pregnancy, mental health and prevention appointments.
Your family may qualify for assistance to pay for health insurance.
Avoid fines and penalties for not having health insurance - $695.00 fine per adult and up to 2085.00 fine per household.

Open Enrollment Period
For 2016 coverage, the Open Enrollment Period is November 1, 2015 – January 31, 2016. People may qualify for Special Enrollment Periods allowing them to enroll outside of Open Enrollment if they have certain life events, like getting married, having a baby, or losing other coverage. You can apply for Medicaid or CHIP at any time of the year.
