Go Red For Women is encouraging all women to know their numbers by scheduling a Well-Woman Visit with their healthcare provider. Below are tools and resources for patients, including an overview of the Well-Woman Visit, as well as supplemental materials specific to cardiovascular disease and stroke. Finally, we encourage all healthcare providers to join us in our effort with the Ad Council to raise awareness of Well-Woman Visits through the use and distribution of our marketing materials.

About 189,910 new cancer cases were expected to be diagnosed among blacks in 2016. The most commonly diagnosed cancers among black men are prostate (31% of all cancers), lung (15%), and colon and rectum (9%).
